Our roast rib of dry aged Welsh beef comes from Rosedew farm just on the Vale of Glamorgan coastline.
We have always chosen the rib, even though a much more expensive cut that your traditional, as we believe the rendered fat of this cut really makes the flavour and texture of the perfect roast cut.
All mains include a selection of traditional Sunday vegetables, lashings of gravy and a Yorkshire pudding (everyone deserves a Yorkie, beef or not!)
All dishes are fully prepared and include reheating instructions.
