Our roast leg of Welsh lamb comes from Rosedew farm just on the Vale of Glamorgan coastline.
After butchering we carefully rub our lamb with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and sea salt before delicately roasting to protect the flavour and moistness which Welsh Lamb is known for.
All mains include a selection of traditional Sunday vegetables, lashings of gravy and a Yorkshire pudding (everyone deserves a Yorkie, beef or not!)
All dishes are fully prepared and include reheating instructions.
