Las Panaeras Sevillanas frying flour is made using 100% wheat from Andalusia.
It is the most popular type of flour in which to fry fish and seafood as its coarse texture results a crunchy finish and golden colour with fewer burnt particle residues in the oil.
Use it to deep fry calamari or pescaíto frito (Spanish-style white bait).
