Net weight: wedge 200g

Made with pasteurized organic Manchega sheeps' milk and traditional rennet.

The texture is moist and semi-hard, the aroma is milky, sweet with hay notes. The flavour is mild, lactic and caramelly.

Ideal served with some membrillo or fig and almond wheel and a glass of light red wine like a Mencia joven.

Note: Leave the wedge at room temperature for about half an hour before eating.

Gluten free.


Pasteurised organic ewe's MILK, calcium chloride, lactic cultures, animal rennet and salt.

Keep refrigerated below 8°C, covering the cut surface once opened and consume within 5 days.
